Garland’s Induction Unit is a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel griddle. Designed with quality in mind, this griddle is fully made out of stainless steel with a fine match of mechanical, chemical, and electrolytic surface coatings. Rotary dial thermostat control with LED readout, able to accurately control temperatures between 69°-450°F (20°-230°C).
